This fine dining establishment has it all and is known for serving wonderful steaks and seafood in an open atmosphere, complete with live piano music. While dinner is a leisurely experience (three hours of valet parking is complimentary), the midday meal is popular for power lunches during the week. Lunch is served in the comfortable bar area, which is where you can also find sushi and sashimi.

This venerable institution, in operation since 1950, is located just steps from the convention center. Beef dishes are the best picks, and USDA Prime steaks and chops feed hungry appetites. Despite the neon sign outside, the interior is classic and comfortable. The menu also includes seafood dishes and salads. Be warned, however: If you order the Godfather (a caramel and chocolate dessert concoction), it will be mobbed by your companions. Reservations recommended. Business casual dress.
